**Full job description**

We are currently seeking a full-time Performance Marketing specialist to join us in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, increase sales, and attract new customers. You will be expected to work on-site and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the execution of successful marketing campaigns.

**Key Role**
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Performance Marketing: Take charge of our performance marketing efforts to maximize ROI across various digital platforms.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, assess campaign performances, and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various internal teams to align marketing campaigns with Vance’s broader business objectives.
- Setup, manage and optimize new and existing ads campaigns on Facebook
- Build profitable Facebook campaigns that are scalable
- Ability to work within budgets to deliver optimal results
- Create regular performance reports
- Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations
- Launch and monitor Google ad campaigns
- Experience in the following ad platforms: Google Ads & Facebook Ads

**Qualifications**
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnel with A/B tests
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, paid social, and display advertising
- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Passionate about fashion and keeping up with the latest trends in the industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
