About the Role
:

We're seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is equally passionate about running high-ROI performance campaigns and optimizing websites for organic search. You will play a critical role in driving traffic, leads, and conversions for our company and clients through paid media. You will communicate with clients regarding the campaign strategies and ongoing campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Create performance reports and insights to improve media spend efficiency.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters for compelling ad creatives.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize blogs, landing pages, and meta content for search visibility.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through ethical outreach.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and crawl performance.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Proven experience in client servicing, including effective communication with clients on campaign strategies, performance updates, and ongoing campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign reporting.
  • Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnel metrics.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
