Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with sales teams, improving customer service interactions, and creating communication materials to drive engagement and results.

Qualifications

  • Strong Marketing Strategy and Market Research skills
  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Google Ads, Meta ads
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus
