
Performance Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and Execute Campaigns**: Design, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
- **Optimize Campaign Performance**: Regularly monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and ROI targets. Make data-driven adjustments to campaigns to improve efficiency.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the performance marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
- **Audience Targeting and Segmentation**: Define and refine audience targeting and segmentation to improve campaign reach and relevance.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other reporting software to generate insights and detailed reports on campaign performance.
- **Collaboration with Creative Teams**: Work closely with creative teams to develop effective and compelling ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages optimized for conversion.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests on campaigns, landing pages, and ad copies to improve performance and understand customer behavior.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to leverage new opportunities for the company.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROI.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
