Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated PerformanceMarketingExecutive with 3 years of experience in performancemarketing, content writing, and social media management, mass-communication, & hashtag#journalism. This role will focus on driving performance-driven campaigns for our company while creating compelling content to engage and convert target audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Performance Marketing:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads & other digital channels. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI, CPC). Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.

3) Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement & brand awareness. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, & best practices. Manage and optimize social media advertising & paid campaigns.

4) Strategy and Analytics:

- Conduct market research to identify trends & insights to inform campaign strategies. Prepare performance reports & recommend actionable improvements. Implement A/B testing for campaigns to maximize outcomes.

5) Collaboration:

- Work closely with the design & strategy teams to ensure alignment between content & campaign goals. Coordinate with clients to understand their objectives & deliver results.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing and content writing roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, & best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO & web traffic metrics.
- Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio of published work (blogs, articles, or campaigns).
- Familiarity with social media advertising & paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Creativity, attention to detail, & a results-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in a performance marketing agency, familiarity with Canva/Adobe tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media & digital marketing.
- Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.
- Experience in tech startup environments
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
