**About the organization**

Bhanzu is a Math EdTech company that has recently raised seed funding from a reputed venture and is rapidly scaling across geographies with online live classes and games.

Role: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on the creation, execution, and maintenance of PPC Ads campaigns in Google ads.
- Generate qualified leads according to the provided targets
- Proficiency in Keywords research and keywords competition Analysis
- Knowledge of Analytic tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, etc.
- Conduct A/B testing for social media and various ad campaigns
- Manage and report on budget planning/performance of ad campaigns
- Work on calculating and reporting on matters related to ad ROI, CPL, and similar parameters related to the ad campaigns
- Perform and report on ad quality analysis
- Create a campaign expense sheet on a timely basis
- Work on implementing automation techniques on emerging trends
- Execute the strategies for the formation and placement of various lead magnets on various websites and social media channels
- Execute message campaigns through automation tools
- Monitor, respond and engage with the online community daily

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree is a must
- Should be ready to work from the office in Bangalore from Monday to Saturday.
- Should be good with the basics of Excel

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
