Support the performance marketing team in campaign planning and execution across platforms (Google, Meta,etc.).
- Assist in day-to-day tasks including keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign tracking.
- Help monitor paid campaign performance metrics and flag any irregularities.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to gather insights for campaign optimization.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Prepare basic performance reports and dashboards to track campaign outcomes.
- Learn about budget allocation, campaign pacing, and ROAS tracking from senior team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and performance alignment.
- Stay updated with performance marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements
- Strong interest in performance/digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of paid marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Familiarity with metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS is a plus.
- Willingness to learn tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Comfortable working on Excel/Google Sheets for basic data handling.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for data-driven marketing and campaign execution.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (optional, but a plus).
