**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **creating and executing online & offline marketing campaigns**:

- Manage social media channels: Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reels, Stories, and UGC coordination
- Help build **brand visibility** across colleges, adventure clubs, and city-based events
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and posters
- Conduct **market research**, competitor analysis & trend tracking
- Support lead generation, event promotions, and engagement contests
- Participate in **field activations, poster drives, and event promotions** in your city

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or completed **BBA/MBA/Marketing/Media/Communications**:

- Passionate about events, content, and youth culture
- Good communication & social media handling skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Forms, and Excel
- Willing to work on-ground (preferred, but optional)
