**Job Summary**:
CASA is seeking a dynamic and creative Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for social media, video content creation, and presenting on various topics related to CASA's mission and projects. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand presence across various social platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and customer outreach activities.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Help manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments, including data entry and file organization.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for business growth.
- Learn and utilize sales and marketing software tools to track progress and analyze data.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Duration**:
3-6 months Internship (Can be converted to full time basis performance).

**Stipend**:INR 15K per month (10k fixed + 5k performance bonus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
