**Marketing / Sales Intern**

**Objectives**:
This role’s primary objective is to assist in the marketing process, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads. All these activities should reflect Marconix’s brand identity and uphold its reputation, using the brand's persona and voice.

This internship position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn about the sales/marketing process and contribute to the growth of Marconix.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential target markets.
- Support the team in creating presentations and proposals for clients.
- Participate in meetings and observe client interactions to gain insight into the sales process.
- Collaborate with the cross-function team to develop and implement effective strategies and campaigns.
- Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) tasks, including updating customer information and tracking sales activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as maintaining sales reports and organizing sales materials.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in sales.

**Core aspects**
- Your English and Hindi communication skills should be excellent.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- You should be a people person, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Willingness to participate in client meetings, including potential travel if necessary.
- Ability to understand the needs and concerns of clients, respond promptly, and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, **PowerPoint**).
- Ready to work from the office immediately

**Compensation**
- A competitive intern salary will be provided.
- An additional commission may be earned for every lead that is successfully moved to a sales opportunity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
