**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle both **inbound and outbound chats** with a customer-first approach.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Record and track issues in the CRM system with complete details.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure quality service.
- Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain **confidentiality and data security** at all times.
- Meet daily performance metrics such as response time, quality, and resolution rate.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).
- **Experience**: 0-1 year (experience in BPO/Customer Service is a plus).
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong command of written English.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude.
- **Work Schedule**: Rotational Night Shifts (Any 9-hour shift).
- **Working Days**: 5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs).
- **Mode of Operation**: Work from Office - Velachery, Chennai.
