**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting Aiwo’s healthcare programs.
- Actively identify sales opportunities through customer interactions, cold calling, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Present, explain, and promote Aiwo’s healthcare offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Set up meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while addressing any objections or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align customer support and sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to improve offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of **1 year of experience** in **customer support, sales, or a related field** (healthcare or wellness industry preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **Hindi, English, and Tamil**.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Bachelor's degree is a must; Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and **CRM software** is an added advantage.
