**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Relation Executive to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction by acting as the bridge between our customers and the company. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent and proactive communication.
- **Product Assistance**: Provide detailed information about our unique products and services, guiding customers to make informed decisions.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Internal Coordination**: Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Record Maintenance**: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback to improve service quality.
- **Feedback Management**: Handle customer feedback, implementing improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Education**: Inform customers about new products, services, and features to enrich their experience with GreenPista.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Arts, or related fields or from any degree program.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
