**Customer Support Executive: Work and Responsibilities**
**Experience Required**: 6 months to 1 year
**Location**: Noida sector 58 MIQB Building C-25 UP 201301
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Assistance**:
- **Query Resolution**:
Respond accurately and promptly to customer inquiries related to products or services.
- **Maintain Records**:
Update all interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system for future reference.
- **Follow-Up**:
Reconnect with customers for pending queries to ensure closure and satisfaction.
- **Collect Feedback**:
Gather customer feedback on services and report it to the relevant team.
- **Handle Escalations**:
Forward unresolved or complex issues to the senior or relevant team for further action.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Professional behavior and ability to work well in a team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Work Location: In person
