Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Order Collection**
- Visit 30-35 retail outlets daily as per the assigned beat plan.
- Collect product orders from retailers based on daily/monthly targets.
- Ensure full payment collection through cash or UPI methods during each visit.
**2. Stock & POSM Handling**
- Collect daily stock and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) from the distributor point at the beginning of each shift.
- Ensure accurate return of any unused stock or promotional materials at end of the day.
**3. Merchandising**
- Place all provided POSM (e.g., danglers, shelf strips, wobblers) in designated outlets.
- Maintain proper shelf visibility and product arrangement in each store.
- Upload before-and-after images of merchandising at every outlet.
**4. Reporting & Market Feedback**
- Share end-of-day (EOD) reports with beat summaries, sales performance, and outlet photographs.
- Hand over collected stock returns and payments to the distributor point.
- Provide timely feedback from the market regarding competition, pricing, and retailer concerns.
**Key Skills Required**:
- 6 months-1 year of experience in field sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Good understanding of retail operations and FMCG sales cycle
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic smartphone usage skills for reporting and image uploads
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
