Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic professional, who is passionate about working on data reporting process. You will work closely with leading global asset manager and their Client Operations group. We work as an extension client’s Client Operations group in completing day-to-day activities/deliverables, ensure quality and timeliness are well met.

Department:
Data reporting is a core service within the Financial Marketing Services line of business at Acuity where individuals help in managing the core activities as per Client Operations group requirement

Support UK based asset manager by offering support on data reporting process.:
- Responsible for handling transfer requests, production and distribution of reports

- Act as point of contact for queries raised from the Client Operations group by way of day-to-day inbox management as well as direct contact.

- Manage client communication, provide regular status updates to internal/external stakeholders, support new migrations etc.

- Manage the End of day audit to ensure all data quality issues are sufficiently addresses post-trade. - Documenting and defining work processes

- Assisting other team members with various tasks, including reviews of the tasks completed

- Develop domain expertise across all functions within the team by continuous up-skilling through in person and online trainings

- Support all aspects improvement of the Reporting processes, including opportunities to build efficiency and enhanced control measures

- Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used to: plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of complex business problems

Experience / Skills Requirements:
Investment professional with 2-4years of experience

- B.Com/B.Tech + MBA (Finance) / CFA (I/II) preferred

- Demonstrate a good understanding of transfer agency functions

- Significant, demonstrated experience in a role responsible for processing of transfer requests for an Asset Manager or a Transfer Agency

- Assuring data quality and completeness with a major focus on timelines

- Prior experience in reviewing the orders to check if they are in-line with the requirements and processing them

Understanding of the asset management industry, asset classes, and investment products such as Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives

- Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, knowledge of VBA(macro) is plus
