Your role in the Team
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Analyst to become a key member of our welcoming and collaborative Stock Transfer Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of stock transfer cases, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
What you'll do
Key responsibilities:
Process Stock Transfers: Efficiently manage the transfer of assets in and out of IG.
Perform all tasks related to stock transfers i.e reviewing transfer form for errors, entering instructions in IG's systems, performing settlement checks and monitoring end to end request until closure.
Client Communication: Proactively follow up with clients and brokers on transfer cases through calls and emails.
Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of instructions in the systems to ensure accuracy.
System Management: Update and maintain internal systems with accurate information.
Escalation Handling: Manage escalations from clients and internal stakeholders professionally.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all stock transfer processes meet regulatory requirements.

What you'll need for this role
We are looking for self-starting, enthusiastic team-player who will be willing and able to help colleagues at peak-times.
We are looking for below skills:
Basic understanding of stock broking and associated services.
Familiarity with the risks associated with Stock Transfers and knowledge on regulatory requirements for UK related to stock transfer will be a plus
Ability to work with a great deal of attention to detail
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work in any shift
Should be able to go beyond the roles and responsibility and should be able to help the team members during peak times
Excellent organizational skill
Deadline/delivery conscious and flexible to changing priorities.
