About the role

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design of Workday solutions across multiple modules like HCM and Integrations- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Workday configurations.- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.- Manage Workday implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end.- Oversee integrations with third-party systems and ensure data integrity.- Define and enforce Workday security protocols and governance.- Stay current with Workday releases and recommend relevant enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.- 7-10 years of SaaS experience, with at least 5 years in Workday architecture or consulting.- Workday certifications in HCM or Integration.- Strong understanding of HR processes.
