About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Architect with experience in Workday implementations. The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of Workday solutions across HCM, Benefits, Recruitment, Performance, Payroll and Integrations ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design of Workday solutions across multiple modules like HCM and Integrations
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Workday configurations.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage Workday implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end.
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems and ensure data integrity.
• Define and enforce Workday security protocols and governance.
• Stay current with Workday releases and recommend relevant enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
• 7-10 years of SaaS experience, with at least 5 years in Workday architecture or consulting.
• Workday certifications in HCM or Integration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
