- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Associate Architect, who will be responsible for all requirement analysis for our leader. The incumbent will report to Manager and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Hands-on experience in EIB, Studio & Core Connectors
- Should have the ability to lead the team and other stakeholders
- Need to enhance existing Workday integrations and develop new features
- Responsible to be knowledgeable and working on Workday Integration framework.
- Work hand in hand with HRIS for ongoing production support and enhancements.
- Knowledgeable about JIRA
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers
- Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions Qualifications
- Experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting.
- Hands-on in design, estimation and take end-to-end responsibility of delivery.
