Job Description Job Title: Workday Studio Consultant Location: PAN India Experience : 9 - 12 Years About The Role We are seeking a Workday Studio Consultant with strong experience in Workday integrations, solution design, and production support. The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver robust Workday integration solutions that meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities - Integration Requirements & Definition: Investigate business and technical requirements, collaborate with business analysts and architects to clarify integration needs, and achieve consensus on priorities. - Solution Design: Design Workday integrations and solutions to meet client requirements. - Integration Development: Develop integrations using Workday Studio and vendor-provided tools, connecting Workday with other HR and business systems. - Client Sessions: Conduct sessions with client personnel to validate integration requirements and functionality. - Application Testing: Assist clients with testing Workday solutions and corresponding integrations, ensuring scenarios meet implementation requirements. - Production Support: Provide post-deployment support, monitor integrations, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary. - Production Rollout: Assist in deploying Workday solutions to production environments and ensure timely resolution of stakeholder needs. - Stakeholder Management: Interact with mid- and senior-level management to understand priorities, manage communications, and improve collaboration. - Global Collaboration: Leverage synergies across global information systems to enhance Workday integration and operations. Required Skills & Experience - Hands-on experience in Workday Studio and Workday integrations. - Strong knowledge of Workday modules and integration tools. - Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and testing for Workday projects. - Proven experience in production support and rollout of Workday solutions. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to work across regions and with global team
