**Job Title**: DCDP - Pizza & Italian Cuisine

**Location**: Delhi, India

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of pizzas and other Italian dishes.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food in the assigned section.
- Support the CDP in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the CDP.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a DCDP or similar role specializing in Italian cuisine.
- Expertise in pizza preparation and Italian cooking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
