**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales team with schedules, presentations, and customer records. Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations.
- Manage the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring they meet requirements and deadlines. Work with other teams to gather needed information.
- Oversee the company’s presence on the GEM portal, ensuring timely updates and submissions for tenders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors. Address inquiries and provide information to help the sales process.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the sales team. Monitor market trends and competitors.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks related to the sales department, including managing documents and scheduling meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, with knowledge of tendering.
- Experience using the GEM portal for tender submissions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of the local market in Tamilnadu, Pondicherry & AP/Telangana.
- Experience in a similar industry (if applicable).

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
