Sales Coordinator

We are looking for Sales Co-ordinator with 1+ years of real-time experience. As well interns also can apply.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients based on their requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and sales representatives.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly.
- Monitor and track sales activities and prepare regular reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
