**Job Title: Customer Relations Executive**

**Job Summary**: As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and effective communication.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Address customer concerns and complaints empathetically and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.

3. Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them through their purchasing decisions.

4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

6. Identify and escalate priority issues or complex cases to the appropriate channels for resolution.

7. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

8. Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the overall improvement of customer satisfaction metrics.

9. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

10. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
