
Customer Relation Officer

**Job Summary**:
The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They serve as the main point of contact between the company and its customers, providing support, information, and problem-solving assistance.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service & Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer needs.
**2. Complaint Resolution & Problem-Solving**:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
**3. Sales & Customer Engagement**:
- Promote company products or services by identifying customer needs.
- Assist in upselling or cross-selling based on customer preferences.
- Encourage customer loyalty through personalized interactions and engagement.
**4. Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate customer records, including inquiries, transactions, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and service trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations for service improvements.
**5. Team Collaboration & Process Improvement**:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify areas for improvement in customer service strategies and suggest solutions.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve service delivery.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
