**Job Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing projects from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone with 0-1 year of experience or freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in project management.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning**: Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables

**Coordination**: Facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors. Ensure all project members are informed of their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project schedules, progress reports, and other relevant project information.

**Task Management**: Monitor and track project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Identify any potential delays or issues and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.

**Reporting**: Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, risks, and issues.

**Problem-solving**: Identify and address project-related challenges proactively, working with the team to find creative solutions and ensure project success.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
