Social Worker

Job Description

· Conduct daily beneficiary assessments, case histories, and follow-up support.

· Coordinate rescue, rehabilitation, and reintegration activities for homeless vulnerable individuals battling with mental health challenges.

· Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and beneficiary records.

· Support the shelter team in planning and implementing rehabilitation programs.

· Facilitate medical care, counselling, family tracing, and community linkages.

· Ensure timely reporting to the Project Lead and management.

· Work closely with government departments, hospitals, police and local stakeholders when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Only Male candidates are preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (Full-Time) from a recognized university with specialization in Medical & Psychiatry/Community Development / Psychology or any related field.
• Prior experience in NGO/social sector work is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle fieldwork, community visits and case follow-ups.
• Sense of responsibility, empathy and discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
