Trainee Supervisor – Civil Engineering (Fresher)

Location: Perundurai, Erode, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time, Entry-Level

Department: Construction / Site Operations

Reporting To: Senior Engineer / Project Manager

Duration & Pay:

Training period: ~3 months

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI) available

Work Schedule:

Shift during training: 7 AM–7 PM (12-hour day shifts)

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and assist in the entire granite production process: cutting, polishing, quality checking
  • Support senior supervisors in managing daily operations and the workforce
  • Maintain inventory and production logs
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Handle coordination between departments (e.g., quarry, logistics)

Qualifications

  • Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering — freshers welcome
  • Preferably Tamil Nadu residents under selection criteria
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
