**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Understand the needs of potential clients and propose tailored digital marketing solutions from Sprint Digitech's service offerings.
- Prepare and present pitches and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and ROI of our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating more leads and enhancing the agency's market presence.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and work closely with the legal team to finalize agreements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, digital marketing tools, and competitor strategies to suggest innovative solutions and improvements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to network and promote Sprint Digitech.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of initiative, drive, and enthusiasm for business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary: 15K Fixed + 15K if you close 5 clients + 3K/client for extra clients closed.**
