**OneZero Agency** is currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital materials. Prior knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma/XD, and InDesign is required, and knowledge of After Effects would be a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Create visually stunning graphics for digital and print materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, banners, social media posts, websites, and marketing collaterals.

2. Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand their design requirements and objectives.

3. Develop design concepts, layouts, and mock-ups based on client briefs and feedback.

4. Implement feedback and make necessary revisions to designs to ensure client satisfaction.

5. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials.

6. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate them into your work.

7. Prepare and deliver high-quality design files for both digital and print use.

8. Occasionally work on motion graphics or animations using Adobe After Effects (if proficient) to enhance the visual appeal of designs.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, either in a professional capacity or as a freelancer.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma/XD, and InDesign.

3. Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and the ability to conceptualize and visualize ideas effectively.

4. Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, typography, and branding.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

6. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members, and to articulate design concepts and ideas.

7. Prior knowledge of Adobe After Effects (preferred but not required).

8. Availability to work part-time, with flexibility to accommodate project requirements and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
