**How your day would look like at Uplers?**
- Understand the digital agency landscape, market trends, and personas.
- Collaborate on effective marketing strategies and content creation.
- Network with industry stakeholders and lead lead generation efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance and stay updated on digital trends.
- Manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, specializing in digital agencies.
- Strong industry understanding and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing channels.
- Analytical and results-driven with excellent communication skills.
- Innovative thinker with project management expertise.
