**Job Location**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audiences, and campaign objectives to deliver designs that meet strategic goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our digital content remains fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with other team members, including content creators, web developers, and project managers, to ensure a cohesive visual style and messaging across all digital channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to execution, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Provide expert design advice and guidance to both team members and clients, helping to enhance overall project outcomes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts that drive brand engagement and conversion.
- Continuously seek ways to improve design processes and outputs, contributing to the overall success and growth of the digital agency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and an eye for detail.
- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
- A passion for digital trends and a commitment to personal growth and development within the digital design field.
