**Position Overview**:
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Sprint Digitech, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. You'll identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and promote our suite of digital marketing services to drive success for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research to understand prospective clients' needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Develop customized solutions and proposals to address clients' marketing goals and objectives effectively.
- Present and demonstrate Sprint Digitech's digital marketing services to prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
