**Job Overview**:
The **Pre-Primary Coordinator** is responsible for overseeing the academic and operational aspects of the pre-primary section, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners. The role involves curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, parent communication, and overall administration to enhance the quality of early childhood education.

**Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement the **early childhood curriculum** in line with educational standards.
- Ensure engaging and age-appropriate **lesson plans and teaching methodologies**.
- Conduct **regular classroom observations** to maintain high teaching standards.
- Introduce **innovative learning techniques** to enhance student engagement.

**Teacher Mentorship & Training**:

- Provide **guidance and professional development** to pre-primary teachers.
- Organize **workshops and training sessions** on best practices in early childhood education.
- Offer **constructive feedback** and support to improve teaching strategies.

**Student Development & Well-being**:

- Ensure a **safe, inclusive, and nurturing** environment for young learners.
- Monitor **student progress** and provide interventions where necessary.
- Encourage **creative and play-based learning** for holistic development.

**Parent Engagement**:

- Act as a **point of contact** for parents regarding academic and behavioral concerns.
- Organize **parent orientations, PTMs, and workshops** to promote collaboration.
- Address parental concerns and ensure transparent communication.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage **teacher schedules, lesson plans, and classroom activities**.
- Ensure compliance with **school policies and safety regulations**.
- Assist in **student admissions and orientation programs**.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **early childhood education principles**.
- Excellent **leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills**.
- Effective **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to handle **classroom challenges with patience and empathy**.
- Familiarity with **technology integration in early learning**.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
