**Job Title**: Pre-Primary Coordinator

**Location**: EuroSchool HSR, Bangalore

**Role Objective**:
To lead the Pre-Primary section with a strong focus on early childhood education, ensuring that curriculum delivery, teaching practices, classroom environments, and student engagement meet the highest standards of the school’s vision and ICSE/NEP guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership**:

- Design, implement, and monitor a developmentally appropriate curriculum based on school guidelines.
- Guide teachers in the planning and execution of lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
- Ensure age-appropriate learning methods including play-based and experiential learning.
- Integrate foundational literacy and numeracy skills into classroom practices.

**Team Management**:

- Mentor and support pre-primary teachers through regular observations, feedback, and coaching.
- Plan and conduct regular team meetings, workshops, and training for professional development.
- Conduct teacher performance appraisals in collaboration with the Principal/Academic Head.

**Student-Centered Practices**:

- Monitor student progress, development, and well-being with a focus on individual needs.
- Address behavioural, social, or academic challenges with timely interventions.
- Coordinate with the Student Counsellor for early intervention where necessary.

**Parental Engagement**:

- Build strong parent-school partnerships through regular communication, PTMs, and feedback sessions.
- Conduct orientation programs and workshops for parents to align with school philosophy.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Maintain records of academic progress, attendance, assessments, and behavioural logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational protocols in classrooms.
- Support in planning events, celebrations, field trips, and special assemblies for Pre-Primary.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other Coordinators and Academic Heads to maintain alignment across grades.
- Report regularly to the Principal on progress, concerns, and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary; at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Deep understanding of early childhood development principles and NEP frameworks.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Empathetic, child-friendly, and proactive in classroom and team settings.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
