Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and evaluate the pre-primary curriculum, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and educational philosophy.

2. Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of pre-primary teachers, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

3. Classroom Management: Oversee the daily operations of the pre-primary department, ensuring a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment.

4. Parent Communication: Foster positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and involving them in the educational process.

5. Assessment and Reporting: Develop and implement assessment strategies to monitor student progress, providing regular reports to parents and the school administration.

6. Resource Management: Manage the pre-primary department's resources, including budgeting, procurement, and maintenance of materials and equipment.

7. Professional Development: Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional growth.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching and/or coordinating pre-primary programs.

3. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

4. Certifications: First aid and CPR certification desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
