Job Title: Pre-Primary Coordinator

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka, India

**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Final salary depends on qualification, experience, and interview performance)

**Job Description**:
School located in JP Nagar, Bangalore, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead our early childhood education program. The Pre-Primary Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the pre-primary section, promoting a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, and supporting the professional growth and development of pre-primary teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pre-primary section, including curriculum implementation, classroom management, and student supervision.
- Develop and maintain a developmentally appropriate and engaging curriculum that aligns with best practices in early childhood education and the school's educational philosophy.
- Provide leadership and guidance to pre-primary teachers, including mentoring, coaching, and facilitating professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver creative and interactive lessons and activities that promote holistic development across various domains (cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development).
- Monitor and assess student progress and learning outcomes through ongoing observation, documentation, and assessment tools, ensuring individualized attention and support for each child.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with parents/guardians, including regular updates, parent-teacher meetings, and workshops on child development and early learning strategies.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and hygiene of children in the pre-primary section, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Coordinate special events, celebrations, and field trips for pre-primary students, enriching their learning experiences and fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Manage resources and materials for the pre-primary section, including educational materials, toys, books, and learning aids, ensuring adequacy and relevance to the curriculum.
- Stay abreast of current trends, research, and developments in early childhood education, continuously enhancing professional knowledge and practice.

Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification of Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification or equivalent in early childhood education.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children, parents, and staff members.
- Passion for working with young children and creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Familiarity with age-appropriate teaching methods, curriculum frameworks, and assessment practices in early childhood education.
