**Job Overview**:As a Pre-Primary Coordinator at Bharat Ram Global School, Greater Noida, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of our students in Pre Nursery, Nursery, KG, Class 1, and Class 2. Your responsibilities will revolve around overseeing the academic and developmental programs for these grade levels, managing teaching staff, and fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment. The Pre-Primary Coordinator is a leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within the school community.

**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development and Implementation**:Collaborate with the school leadership team and teachers to develop an age-appropriate and comprehensive curriculum for Pre Nursery, Nursery, KG, Class 1, and Class 2.
Ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum across all grade levels, providing guidance and support to teachers as needed.
Monitor and assess curriculum outcomes regularly, making adjustments and improvements based on student performance and feedback.

**Teacher Management and Development**:Recruit, select, and onboard qualified teachers for Pre Nursery, Nursery, KG, Class 1, and Class 2.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for teachers and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their teaching methodologies.
Plan and organize professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of teaching staff.

**Student Welfare and Support**:Monitor the overall well-being and academic progress of students in Pre Nursery, Nursery, KG, Class 1, and Class 2.
Address any behavioral or academic issues that arise, working closely with teachers and parents to find appropriate solutions.
Implement and oversee support programs for students with special educational needs.

**Parent and Community Engagement**:Foster a strong and positive relationship with parents by organizing regular parent-teacher meetings and communication channels to keep them informed about their child's progress.
Engage with the community to promote the school's pre-primary programs and initiatives.

**Resource Management**:Manage the procurement of educational materials, equipment, and resources needed for the pre-primary section.
Ensure that the learning environment is safe, stimulating, and conducive to learning.

**Event Planning**:Coordinate and organize special events, functions, and celebrations related to the pre-primary section.
Collaborate with other school departments to ensure smooth execution of school-wide events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Pre-Primary Coordinator or in a similar leadership role within an educational setting.
- In-depth understanding of early childhood development, curriculum design, and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and students.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with young children.
- Proficient in using educational technology and learning management systems.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
