**Responsibilities**:
**Classroom Management**:Create a welcoming and organized classroom environment that promotes active learning and exploration.
Ensure the safety and well-being of young students during classroom activities and outdoor play.

**Curriculum Implementation**:Plan and implement developmentally appropriate and innovative learning activities that align with the Pre Primary curriculum.
Foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning through play-based and hands-on activities.

**Child Development and Individualized Attention**:Observe and assess each child's learning progress and development.
Provide individualized attention and support to cater to the diverse learning needs of young children.

**Parent Communication**:Establish regular communication with parents to update them on their child's progress, accomplishments, and areas for growth.
Collaborate with parents to create a supportive learning environment for children.

**Emotional and Social Development**:Promote social skills, empathy, and positive behavior among young children.
Encourage teamwork, sharing, and respect for others in the classroom.

**Learning Resources and Environment**:Utilize age-appropriate learning resources, including educational toys, books, and technology, to enhance learning experiences.
Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment to encourage exploration and creativity.

**Inclusive Teaching Practices**:Embrace diversity and create an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

**Health and Safety**:Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines within the classroom and during outdoor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Excellent English Language Verbal Communication Skills
- Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification will be preferred.
- Proven experience teaching and managing young children between the ages of 3 to 6 years.
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences through play and innovative teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and parents.
- Patience, warmth, and a nurturing approach to interacting with young children.
- Creativity and a passion for fostering young children's growth and development.
- Familiarity with the CBSE Pre Primary curriculum is a plus.
