**Job Summary**:
The Pre-Primary Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, academic programs, and developmental goals of the pre-primary section. The role focuses on curriculum planning, teacher training, classroom observation, and ensuring a nurturing and engaging environment for early learners.

**Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership**:

- Design and implement an age-appropriate curriculum aligned with the school's educational philosophy.
- Ensure effective delivery of teaching and learning practices across pre-primary grades.
- Review and update lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and classroom materials.

**Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor pre-primary teachers and support staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and workshops.
- Support teacher development through classroom observations and feedback.

**Student Development**:

- Monitor student progress and ensure holistic development—cognitive, emotional, social, and physical.
- Collaborate with teachers to identify and support students with special needs or developmental delays.
- Promote inclusive education and child-centered approaches.

**Parent Engagement**:

- Conduct parent orientations, workshops, and regular communication.
- Address parental concerns and ensure alignment between school and home environments.
- Maintain transparency and partnership with parents on student development.

**Operational Duties**:

- Ensure safety, hygiene, and child-friendly facilities in classrooms and activity spaces.
- Coordinate events, celebrations, and field trips relevant to the pre-primary section.
- Maintain records related to student performance, attendance, and assessments.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in early years education; 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
