**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, documentation, and office coordination.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and spreadsheets related to operations and finance.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Support HR and Accounts teams with basic administrative duties.
- Ensure office facilities are well maintained and operations run smoothly.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)**.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role (freshers with strong internship experience may also apply).
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word)**.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
