Location: Chennai (Head Office)
Travel: Required f (as needed)
Industry: Gourmet Restaurant / Hospitality
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general administrative functions at the Head Office
Oversee travel arrangements, hotel bookings & local transport for staff across cities
Coordinate with property owners, vendors, and service providers for staff accommodations
Track and maintain office supplies, utilities, petty cash, and vendor bills
Assist in restaurant setup support (admin side) during new launches or pop-ups
Maintain accurate documentation, agreements, and filing systems
Liaise with the operations team for smooth functioning across locations
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Admin or Office Management
Strong knowledge of logistics, travel coordination, and vendor management
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting
Willingness to travel for property visits, setup coordination, or audits
Good communication skills in English and Tamil
Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or multi-location retail preferred
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience
Travel allowances as per company norms
