**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students regarding courses offered at IMI, including Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, and other programs.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels (website, social media, events) to encourage enrollment.
- Maintain and update a database of inquiries and leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective lead management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to organize events such as open houses, webinars, and information sessions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students, addressing their concerns and motivating them to choose IMI for their maritime education.
- Support the admissions team with document verification and other enrollment-related tasks.
- Provide regular reports on counseling activities, leads, and conversion rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in counseling, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to lead follow-up.
- Knowledge of the education sector and maritime training will be an advantage.
