Edulyte as an education startup is looking to ramp up students enrolling for our Live Tutoring classes primarily for our Finance and accounting offerings. The company is looking to hire self motivated and professional student counsellors.

As part of the role, the key **responsibilities** of the student counsellor would be - Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings with a view to pitching them to students
- Work towards achieving targets as agreed with the management team
- Design periodic MIS reports for sharing and review with the category leader and management
- Work with tutors and category leaders to identify ways to address student issues, improve connect and delivery of classes
- Train in house sales representatives to further enhance company’s student counselling approach
- Work with the in house creative team to create content for social media with a view to enhance the outreach
- Implement other best practices in the field of student counselling to make the overall process and approach efficient, effective and student centric

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills and experience**:

- Detailed understanding of the professional courses being offered in the field of Finance and Accounting such as CA, CFA, ACCA, Financial Modelling as well as Study Abroad.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in the field of student counselling
- Passionate to work in a startup environment with an aim of helping the company to grow and foster self-growth in the process
- Basic entrepreneurial mindset
- Good written and spoken communication skills (Hindi and English)
- Empathy, Student Centricity
- Good working knowledge of MS office
- Creative and problem solving bent of mind
