**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Study Abroad Counselling**: Provide expert guidance to students on selecting the right country, courses, universities, and long-term career planning aligned with their academic and professional goals.
- **Information Delivery**: Offer in-depth knowledge of global education systems, programs, and universities in countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Ireland.
- **Student Engagement**: Address queries from students and parents regarding eligibility, documentation, and course options.
- **Course Advisory**: Counsel students on Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate programs across disciplines.
- **Client Fitment Assessment**: Evaluate academic and personal profiles to match students with the most suitable institutions and courses.
- **University Representation**: Promote partner universities and participate in student engagement campaigns.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated with partner university offerings, deadlines, and scholarships to offer relevant advice.
- **Reporting**: Share timely updates and performance metrics with internal stakeholders.
- **Minimum Experience**: 2 years in overseas education counseling (mandatory).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written English; local language proficiency is a plus.
- **Customer-Centric**: Proven ability to support students and parents with empathy and professionalism.
- **Sales-Driven**: Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
