We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Counsellor to guide clients regarding overseas education options. This role is ideal for someone passionate about consulting and helping students achieve their educational goals abroad.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise students on overseas education opportunities, including country, course, university, program selection, and career planning.
- Ensure the timely completion of admission, visa, accommodation, and travel procedures.
- Provide accurate information about study abroad programs, courses, colleges, universities, and countries such as the USA, Canada, Germany, Australia, UK, and more.
- Address any queries and clarify doubts related to forms and other details for students and parents.
- Offer detailed information on various educational levels, including Diplomas, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees.
- Ensure clients leave with positive feedback, encouraging referrals.
- Stay updated on study abroad programs to assist students effectively.
- Support students from the registration process to departure for their host country.
- Assess the suitability of clients for their desired courses and universities and provide appropriate guidance.
- Promote universities represented by the company through various activities.
- Motivate and encourage students to pursue their education abroad.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and confidently communicate with students and parents.
- Professionally promote study abroad programs to students and parents.
- Report to the Manager in a timely manner.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the study abroad industry.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and the local language.
- Strong customer service skills and a willingness to assist students and parents with queries.
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Effective communication skills with individuals from diverse social backgrounds.
- Ability to research and learn about the best study options for students.
- Understanding of the international business market and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and target-oriented.
- Dynamic, ambitious, honest, and self-motivated with sound judgment.
