About the Role

Reliance Animation Academy (Franchisee - Noida) is seeking a **Female Counsellor** to handle student counselling, admissions and course sales for Animation, VFX and 3D programs. The role supports the growth of the **franchisee** by guiding students and driving enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on Animation, VFX, and 3D courses, career opportunities, and skill development
- Manage walk-in, phone, and online inquiries, converting them into admissions
- Achieve monthly targets for enrolments, course sales, and revenue
- Guide students through admission procedures and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with faculty and management for student progress updates
- Participate in marketing, outreach, and promotional activities for the academy

**Requirements**:

- **2-4 years of experience in the Edutech industry (required)**:

- Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry would be an added advantage
- Strong track record in course sales, student enrolments, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
