Minimum **1-2 years** of experience in **Tele calling** (BPO, educational institutions, or similar domains)
Strong **communication and persuasion skills**
Ability to handle **inbound and outbound calls professionally**
Basic **computer proficiency** and CRM knowledge preferred
Enthusiastic, empathetic, and customer-focused approach

**Responsibilities**:
Engage with potential students/clients via calls and provide guidance
Explain courses/services and assist in enrollment
Maintain call records and follow up consistently
Build rapport and ensure excellent customer service
