**About the Role**:
As our Upwork bidder, you'll be the spearhead of our Upwork presence, driving new business opportunities and building a pipeline of high-quality leads. You'll wear multiple hats, from crafting winning proposals to coaching our team on Upwork mastery, all while ensuring we hit our revenue targets every month.

**Responsibilities**:
**Proposal Writing**:
Write and submit detailed, tailored proposals for various job postings on Upwork.

Customize each proposal to address the specific needs and requirements of the client.

**Client Communication**:
Engage with clients to understand their project needs and answer their queries.

Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the bidding process.

**Market Research**:
Analyze the market and identify trending job categories on Upwork.

Keep track of competitors' bidding strategies to improve proposal quality.

**Profile Management**:
Regularly update and optimize the Upwork profile to enhance visibility and attractiveness to potential clients.

Showcase relevant skills, portfolio items, and client feedback.

**Reporting**:
Track and report on the success rate of submitted proposals.

Provide feedback on reasons for successful or unsuccessful bids to improve future proposals.

**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Follow up with clients after project completion for feedback and potential future collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Basic understanding of Upwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
